On 9 May, Sabadell Digital took part in La Bravíssima, a charity event organised by the Eurofirms Foundation that promotes a more diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment, specifically within the technology sector.
Technology with Purpose
We firmly believe that technology, beyond driving progress, can play a meaningful role in social transformation. In this edition of La Bravíssima, all funds raised were allocated to scholarships in web development and cybersecurity. These were aimed at supporting women with disabilities who are currently unemployed.
These scholarships are part of the Eurofirms Foundation’s Inclusive Bootcamp: a six-month programme that provides technical training, professional guidance and achieves an employment rate of 75%. It offers a clear path to skilled employment and supports participants in gaining both personal and professional independence.
A Cause, Ten Inspiring Stories
This year, Sabadell Digital was represented by a group of ten women from the technology field: Marta Amo Escobar, Raquel Calvo Olmos, Victoria Climent Fenollar, Mónica Pérez Ramos, Nuria Gallardo Magdaleno, Beatriz Ciudad Mas, Laura Fernández García, Esther Gijón Jaén, Laura Casacuberta, and Ruth Solé Vicente. Their presence reflected the talent and diversity that Sabadell Digital is committed to promoting within the technology sector.
Each brought a distinct professional background, shaped by dedication, perseverance, and a clear focus on the future. Taking part in the event was a way to recognise their achievements and to reaffirm the organisation’s commitment to building a more inclusive workplace.
