On 17 October, we swapped the office for the tarmac of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya to take part once again in Cheers4U, the largest intercompany team-building event with a social purpose. The day brought together over a hundred teams and once again put at the heart of the event what drives us: talent, teamwork and inclusion.
This year, Banco Sabadell took part with two teams, BS Operations and Sabadell Digital, ready to tackle a circuit full of challenges, clues and tasks, all guided by the people who make this event truly special: young people with diverse abilities, who facilitate, assess and support each activity.
An experience focused on talent and inclusion
Cheers4U is all about learning through diversity. For several hours, we tackled challenges in strategy, skills and knowledge that encouraged us to see things from new perspectives, collaborate in fresh ways and discover abilities that often go unnoticed in everyday work.
Our teams brought huge energy and motivation, showing that the combination of talent, commitment and attitude is key to overcoming any challenge and creating more inclusive environments.
A collaborative environment with a purpose
Cheers4U is much more than a team-building event, it’s a project with a real impact.
Each edition supports the mission of the AMPANS Foundation, which for over 60 years has been working to promote the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities. This year, part of the event’s proceeds will go towards creating 200 new residential places, a vital step in expanding opportunities and helping many people gain greater independence.
Taking part alongside the young people leading the challenges allowed us to engage with this reality in a hands-on way: collaborating, learning and appreciating the value of creating spaces that include all abilities.
Celebrating an unforgettable day
The day ended with music, finger food and the award ceremony for the winning team of Cheers4U 2025. It was a relaxed opportunity to share experiences, connect with other teams and celebrate a rewarding day that strengthened bonds, fostered new skills and created moments that went beyond competition.

Cheers4U 2025 reminded us that inclusion is built through action, and that social impact grows even stronger when shared as a team. At Sabadell Digital, we return with renewed energy and pride in having contributed to an initiative that inspires, unites and transforms.
