First-party cookiesThese are cookies created and managed by this website and can only be read by the website itself.
Third-party cookiesThe controller of these cookies is an entity unrelated to Banco Sabadell. Broadly speaking, they are sent to the user’s terminal from a computer or domain that is not managed by the bank itself, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies. In the following section you can find the third parties, according to their purpose.

Managing the use of cookies in my browser

At any time, you can allow, block or delete cookies as well as delete browsing data in your browser. To do this, please refer to the options and instructions provided by your installed browser:

If you do not want to allow any Flash Player data to be stored, deselect the boxes “Allow Flash content to store information on your computer” and “Store common Flash components to reduce download times”. If you wish to limit the amount of data collected by flash applications, slide the bar indicator in the global storage settings panel to the position you want.

Revoking consent

Select the option “Remove all websites” or select the specific website you want to remove and click on “Remove website”.

4. International data transfers

The bank may use cookies from suppliers who make international transfers of data to third countries. You can view the cookie and privacy policy of each of the providers in the cookie settings.

You can find out about transfers to third countries outside the European Economic Area that, where applicable, are made by the third parties identified in this cookie policy in their corresponding policies; you can find this information in the cookie setter.

There is not an international transfer of third-party or their own data.

5. Profiling

They allow us to store information about user behaviour (including past activity, interests, web pages visited, etc.). And combine this information with other information previously collected in a legitimate manner in order to create a profile and show you advertising on our and/or third party websites (on our own products or on products of our partners). Based on your browsing behaviour and shopping habits we will deduce your interests.

This is used to show you our most relevant advertisements on third party websites and applications. We may also link this data across the different devices you use, as well as process data about advertisements (e.g. if you click on an advertisement and then make a purchase on our website). We may also generate information based on a combination of our own and third-party data (such as user profiles, statistics or analytics data) regarding your and other users’ interactions with advertising (or non-advertising) content to identify common characteristics (e.g., to determine which target audiences are most receptive to an advertising campaign or certain content).

We do not perform profiling.

6. Retention period of your navigation data

The bank will retain personal data obtained from users’ browsing for a maximum of three years or until the expiry of each supplier’s cookie.
