As Elena reminds us: “The number of women in leadership roles has increased in recent years, thanks to an active policy of developing female talent and giving them visibility and real growth opportunities, especially at executive levels. The data shows that while the percentage of women within operations and technology has remained at 35%, the percentage of women in leadership in this area has grown from 20% to 30% over the past four years.”
