The number of female executives has been increasing in recent years,
as a result of an active policy to develop female talent and provide visibility and real growth opportunities, especially at executive levels, and the data shows it: while the percentage of women within the operations and technology workforce has remained at 35%, the percentage of female executives in this area has grown from 20% to 30% over the past 4 years.
