Two Banco Sabadell teams took part in a new edition of Cheers4U on 8 October, held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and organised by the Ampans Foundation. The charity event brought together professionals from different companies to test their ability to collaborate, overcome a range of challenges and contribute to a social cause. It was an opportunity to share experiences, strengthen bonds and demonstrate that teamwork can also have a positive impact beyond our day-to-day work.
Two teams, one shared challenge: collaboration
Banco Sabadell once again took part in Cheers4U, a charity initiative that combines teamwork, fun and social commitment.
On this occasion, the bank was represented by two teams made up of technology and management professionals:
- Banc Sabadell – Corporate Systems: Led by Víctor Rojas.
- Sabadell Digital – Corporate Solutions: With Laura Fernández as manager.
Both teams approached the day with the aim of working together, overcoming each challenge and enjoying the shared learning experience.
Ingenuity, coordination and inclusion with the Ampans Foundation
Throughout the event, participants faced a series of challenges located around the Circuit. Tests of skill, ingenuity, coordination and cooperation put their ability to organise themselves, make decisions and make the most of each team member’s strengths to the test.
The event also involved young people with functional diversity, who played a leading role by coordinating and evaluating the different challenges.
Beyond the competition, Cheers4U was also an opportunity to strengthen bonds among colleagues, share experiences and discover new ways of working together.
A day of social impact and team building
Beyond the competition, the charitable dimension lies at the heart of Cheers4U. The initiative combines interaction and enjoyment among colleagues with support for social causes.
The final ranking was just one part of a day defined by camaraderie, diversity and positive impact: an opportunity to step away from the daily routine, connect from a different perspective and see what can be achieved when we bring our strengths together as a team.
