The Púlsar programme, led by NTT DATA, is a social initiative aimed at inspiring and supporting teenage girls in their academic and personal development, encouraging them to continue their education and pursue higher studies.
Through this programme, NTT DATA executives, clients and partners participate as mentors and volunteers, sharing their experience and offering guidance to the young participants. The goal is to create a support network and female role models that foster the development of knowledge, skills and confidence in girls.
Commitment to the Female Talent of the Future
The programme has strengthened its model with more interactions, mentoring and training workshops in order to generate a greater impact on students and the educational communities in which it operates.
In this context, during the 2025–2026 period, three bank professionals have joined the initiative as mentors: Nuria Gallardo, Bea Tapias and Marta Amo. Through their participation, they will help guide the young women in their learning and growth journey, sharing their professional experience and helping to create new opportunities for future generations.
